Darn, School's over. No more fun with friends, going out after school, and lookouts for hot guys. Bahhh. And also, this is the time where we girls get a little wee fatter, due to lack of exercise, if you know what I mean, and a little more slumpy, cos there isn't much to do anyway. So I made up a regime of daily exercises, to prevent myself from becoming a fat sloth( don't get it wrong, I am not such a health freak). Okay, since my titile is this, I will talk about the last two days in school. On Wednesday, it was as usual in the morning, I was playing cards with Victor, or Ginny, and also, I was freaking out as my thermometer was lost. Stupid. Anyway, we then went in to the hall for our daily assembly, and sang the blah song and pledge, and after a long long blah talk by Principal, we were asked to stay back,and we were hopelessly scolded by OM. Who cares? All the ppl in my class took it seriously, NOT. Then we went back to class again ,and restarted our gambling den. After recess, we were asked to go down again for some performance. Then we realised it was the Teenage Fever competition finals. EWWWW. We listen to the horrible songs they sang, and Victor and I booed at them. Cos they really sucked. All they sang were the stereotype chinese songs. Typical singaporean. Can't they choose contestants to sing English songs, so that the whole school could judge it clearly? I mean, I bet the Malays and Indians in my class were wondering what the fuck they were singing. Finally, after 3 stereotyped chinese girl contestants, came a guy, who finally sang an english song. But we still wondered what he was singing, cos it was covered by the actual singer, so we couldn't figure out what he was singing. Anyway, to tell you, the we includes Shu gee, Victor and me. And then came another chinese stereotype. and once again, it was a girl. And she sang this A mei song, which I am not really familiar of, except that I know that my mother loves to sing that song.And when she started to sing the high parts of the song, I almost wanted to close my ears. She sang it, OFF TUNE!!!! The biggest mistake a contestant could make. After her was a girl who song a Japanese song. Everyone didn't even bother to applaud her. Cos when you heard it, you know she wasn't singer material. Then, came the Bands. The first one sang Wake Me Up When September Ends, and they sounded nice. Then another one came. And this one was the one that broke everyone's ears. Even I had to. They sang the song Until The Day I Die, by Story Of The Year. The real singer was really good and it sounded catchy, but when it came to them, really spoiled the song. Yes, the guitar was right and all, but the SINGING? My godd. Does that lead singer know how to sing? No. Then after them came another band which sang a song that I didn't know, so I guess they were all right.. After the show, the whole class asked me to join the Teenage Fever competition next year to make the class proud. But I rejected it. Cos I was afraid of the stage and I have stage fright.. But they were still persuading.... and that's the endf of wednesday. On thursday, it was exeptionally boring. except that during swimming, the classmates who brought along their swim suits had the chance to play water polo. And there was this old guy who was strutting his body around the pool for about seven times. Parveen says that he is doing the seven rounds of marraige, and at his seventh round, Victor ran towards him., with arms wide open. And we all laughed. Then Parveen says that Victor is his blushing "bride". Then Parveen sang the song Sexyback. And we laughed our heads off. After that , there was nothing much. Then we were asked by Miss Toh to take the report books from Mrs Heng, who had a bad case of sore eyes. On the way, of putting the reporty slips into the respective report books, we nosily went to check our own results. And guess what? I got into the top 50 of the whole school again!!! Whoo hoo!!! then we went to check Zhi An's report book. And we found that He got last in the whole class, and the whole school. Me, Mei Xuan, An Tze Ying were like. OMFG! We also went to look at Hui Shi's report slip. and as guessed, she got 1st in the class, and in the whole school. And again we were like omfg-ing. Went we went back to class and gave out the report slips, those who didn't get their report books were like constantly asking me what the hell happened to their report books. I told them that the teacher took it back, so there was some problem with thier results. Then Zhi An came asking me what happened to his. I told him the same thing and also added that he got the last in the class and the school, and that he would be demoted to NA. Then he was pestering me, asking if I had checked it correctly. And yeah. I was right. Then he got super depressed. Finally, the last bell rang. And parveen and Victor were like saying theor goodbyes. Victor is leaving for Indo the next day, and Parveen is leaving for London the next day also.. So that's all. Bye com.
