School"s over, or maybe almost, since there is just 3 days left. Anyway... changed my blogskin cos the previous one was corrupted or something and the blogskin artwork disappeared to somewhere else. Soo obviously the exam results have been released, and I guess I didn't do so well for this term. English was a little not up to my expectations... Paper 1: 39/60 Paper 2: 33/50 Total: 65.5/100 Maths was basically terrible to the core Paper 1: 17/50 Paper 2: 14/50 (Definitely going for tuition the next year...) Science was just the same... MCQ: 17/30 Biology: 22/35 Physics: 21/35 Total: 60/100 Chinese was sucky Paper 1: 25/50 Paper 2: 43/70 Total: 56.5/100 Home Econs was a miracle Total: 74.5/100 Art was a disappointment( Since it was incomplete...) Total: 78/100 Geography... YAY! Total: 75/100 So that's it... Extreme huh? It looked so bad that I didn't even think I was able to make it through the express class, but anyway, it was a relief that: 1. I didn't fail my English, 2. I obviously didn't fail overall (it was 68% *Sigh Of Relief*) So that means I can happily skip my way to Sec 3 Express. I'm just so HAPPY!!!! I felt like I didn't do so well, but at least my average has been upped from 66% to 68%, thus everything else doesn't matter anymore... On Friday we were supposed to choose our subject combinations and I obviously couldn't make it through the triple science and double science classes (Since they had a 60% maths requirement to it...) So in the end, I picked the Pure Geography class... Just hope that I can get in there. guess that's all for results... On to kayaking... I just plain detested it, I hate water and I didn't have the strength to push the kayak all the way to the bridge at Kallang River. I was so in panic that I turned around in circles, while for the rest of the group, they had already paddled far away, and I was miserably stuck in the middle of nowhere. I was so fed up till in desperation, I ....*heh* broke down, but after that, got the hang of it, and paddled away smoothly. Then came the nightmarish capsizing period. It looked and sounded terrible, but in fact, it wasn't traumatizing, and it was fun going under the cool water. Got myself real wet, but it was FUN ANYWAY. I was grouped with Adlar and Victor, so when we finished our capsizing, we were the first to paddle to the shore and rest. Hence, the end of the traumatizing breaking-down incident at Kallang River. Finally, it that time of the year when you say goodbye to your fellow classmates who have been with you for the last two years. But this time, it really is the final good bye, cause everybody would be seperated into different classes, and as 2e5 for such a long time, people would get a lil sentimental, yeah? So lets just hope that me, V, HY, C,and maybe G and M would end up in Geography class too, though I think G wouldn't bear to give up that chance to go to Triple science anyway. So I guess that's all for this month. LOOK FORWARD TO NOVEMBER!
